Kairos · the opportune moment
Kairos studies when people respond: who replies to an outreach message, which post outperforms its author's usual level, and what in the timing, the audience and the content explains it. We publish the data and the methods.
About
The Greeks had two words for time: chronos, the time that passes, and kairos, the right moment to act. Our work is about the second one - estimating, for a given person and a given message, the probability that it gets a response.
Kairos grew out of PhD research at ITMO University and the course Social Media Analytics, Agents & LLMs. Data collection is sponsored by SOMIN; the research is carried out with partners from the marketing-AI industry.
